So, my mom sent me an article to help out on my paper, and I am trying to live it! It's only been a few days and I am already feeling amazing. My mind is clearer (or would it be 'more clear'?)and my body is happier. It took a change of heart though to realize that council should be applied. And picking and choosing what suites our fancy(even in the little things...like food for me) only leaves us unhappy and without enrichment from the blessings we can receive. http://www.ldsmag.com/healthyoutlook/080605fat.html
